The Nassau

The Nassau is a newly renovated home that is centrally located and with a close proximity to a Catholic Church, grocery stores and public transportation. This home is also close to the Las Vegas strip and, at night, the Vegas city lights are visible from the front patio. The house boasts of brand new luxury vinyl plank flooring with a custom designed kitchen and bathrooms. Its open floor plan is not only inviting but relaxing as well.

The Gardens

Nestled in one of the upscale neighborhoods in Las Vegas, the Gardens Home is next to an award winning park with activities for every age group. There are basketball, tennis and pickleball courts, picnic areas as well as jogging and walking trails. Plus, the home is close to Downtown Summerlin. The kitchen has granite countertops and there are shutters throughout the home.
